Automated E-mail System
Welcome to California DMV's Automated E-Mail System. This
automated system is a pilot program that will provide DMV customers with answers
to general questions via automated e-mail responses.
This pilot will also allow DMV to determine the volume and
nature of incoming e-mail as well as determine the need for a one-on-one e-mail
response unit.
You may send e-mail anytime to our Automated E-mail System.
This system can only provide general answers; it cannot respond to individual
record-specific questions. To help us provide the best answer to your question,
please select one of the following:

Driver Licenses, Identification Cards, DUIs, and occupational licenses, i.e.,
dealerships)
